I am moving and I need someone to take over my lease ASAP!!! You can move in any time in March or April 1! You will have to complete an appliation for Vue Live Oak as usuall and pass all general apartment requirmennts. The rent is $774 (which is apx.$200 less than market rate) deposit is $87, the app fee& admin fee is $50/$150 I will take $150 off your first months rent to cover the admin fee. So your first month would be $524 due when you sign the lease. The lease is through September and you can renew with the complex at that time if you like.
