Looking for an Investment Partner in Oil & Gas Consulting Company

No Oil & Gas Experience Needed -- Investment Partner is the Key
Greetings. I own an oil & gas consulting company in Dallas and I am a petroleum geologist. I have an S-Corp that has showed a profit for the past two years and keeps growing, as it is an intellectual property type of business. My clients hire me for my knowledge, however the administration of the company, bills, management of people, etc. is consuming all of my time while my only concern should be generating revenue for the company and therefore growing the commpany. My three major problems I hope to resolve are:
1. Cash Flow
2. Administration & Marketing
3. To keep growing the business
My proposal: I am looking for a business partner who will gain all control and supervision of making the company operate, including making me just an employee of the company so I can go do what I do best, bill time to my clients.
Benefits to my new partner: They get 20% to 30% shares in my company, they take the finances over from me, and they keep growing the business or at least getting it set up correctly to do so. Also, my new business partner gets to take 20% to 30% of the profit of the business. Also for my new business partner is the company benefits program, which includes BCBS of Texas medical and dental, vision care, and short and long-term disability and life insurance under our group policy.
Requirements of the Person/Persons I am Seeking: I am looking for a very specialized person or group to do this in that they must have working capital of at least 10K to 20K for a down payment to become involved. They must have the desire to administrate a company where detailing and micromanagement is something they thrive on.
