Design only – Providing you with a complete machine design in drawing format.
Review – providing periodic design reviews are a standard procedure for our services.
Build – we can build it and leave the art of tuning, programming and implementation to you.
Proofing – tuning, programming and debugging preformed in our shop.
Assistance – implantation support and assistance at your facility.

Types of Applications:
Manufacturing, drilling, milling, turning, measuring, cutting, stamping, bending, general part manipulation.
Packaging, sealing, weighing, metering, injecting, stacking, wrapping, labeling.

Machine Construction:
Weld up – Standard construction painted.
Aluminum extrusion – Bolt together design.
Other – PolyCarb – Acrylic – Fiber – HPDE – UHMW - Delrin – Other Poly designs.

Types of Components used:
Steels – High carbon structural tube, plate and sheets, Stainless, Copper, Nickel, Bronze, Brass.
Aluminum – All series
Plastics – All series (we do not do fiberglass structures or coverings)
Air and Hydraulics – compressors, pumps, solenoid valves, cylinders, actuators, motors, regulators pressure sensors.
AC and DC Drives – AC from 240 to 575 volt, DC from 12 to 600 volt
Stepper Drives – from 08 to 43
Servos - from independent manufacture to packaged systems development
Eddy current – All manufactures
Hi Slip Nema designs – specialty winder and spooler designs.

Integration and Controls:
PLC – A standard in the industry – hardy and reliable
PC – More flexible allowing a qualified programmer to add unique features not often found in PLC programming.
SBC – Single Board Computer designs. Small, powerful and compact a great option for the OEM
