MEETING NOTICE
CFAC/CONSUMER FAMILY ADVISORY COUNCIL to NTBHA
DATE: Tuesday June 5, 2012
TIME: 6:00 p.m.
PLACE:The Center for Community Cooperation
2900 Live Oak St.
Dallas, TX 75204
Dinner will be provided by ValueOptions. Please RSVP to Elizabeth Zane at ValueOptions 972- 906-2598 or Elizabeth.Zane@valueoptions.com, no later than 4:00p.m., Monday, April 30.
Please note our new meeting location!!! It is for this month only. Most importantly, this location is easily accessible to a DART station three blocks away (Deep Elum Station), and this neighborhood has the best security in Dallas!
We will discuss strategies for increased community outreach. These will include at least three CFAC meetings in the community at various SPN’s or other NorthSTAR provider agencies. Please consider volunteering your agency/organization as a possible location.
We will also discuss how CFAC can help NTBHA’s Psychiatrist Leadership and Advocacy Group (PLAG) in addressing some recent concerns they are seeing in their clinics.
