When We Meet: 2nd Saturday of each month

Location: First United Methodist Church Richardson - First Center

Address: 515 Custer Road Richardson, TX 75080 (Not inside the church. Inside the little house across the street)

You must call 972-815-9491 or email Skyedancer4u@gmail.com to RSVP because if no one is at the center by 4:50 pm I will lock up the building and go back home.

The support group focuses on the mental health recovery aspect of mental health illnesses (Depression, Bipolar (BP), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Asperger's Syndrome (AS) by making connections, improving our coping skills, getting motivated, and finding hope.

The format of the group is casual, informative, non judgmental, and very supportive.

Please keep in mind that this group provides support and is not meant to take the place of seeking professional help for your therapy or medication needs as we are not medically trained professionals.
