Lead Guitar Player Wanted

Okay here is the deal. We have a start up band playing mostly originals and are looking for a creative guitar player with backing vocals:

I have a studio to rehearse
I have recording gear, guitars, PA, etc
I sing and play guitar (Rock and acoustic rock)
I am a 42 year old committed musician

I am seeking:

Someone who can sing harmony or lead
Someone who is a skilled song writer
