Our company Upscale Realty Investments, L.L.C. is seeking to buy “Distressed Commercial Properties” in the Dallas and surrounding suburban areas.
The price points for our preferred purchases are up to $2,000,000. The types of properties are B- or C+ properties being
1.) Apartments
2.) Self storage facilities
3.) Senior living
4.) Mobile home parks.
We are not seeking to buy retail or based on cap rate but, seek substantial discounts based on today’s appraised value.
Brokers are welcome but, we are not interested in broker chains.
