Room Available anytime. Are you looking for a temporary place for a week or on and off weekends or even monthly basis? I can take in a professional female or male tenant. I'm renting 1 room in my home which is 3000 sq ft. and the rooms are large 12'x13' approx.

The weekly rent of $200 or monthly rent of $700 would include everything, your own large bedroom and private bathroom on 1st floor, an upstairs living room which is where you would do everything since that would be your own space which has a TV with cable shared maybe with 1 other person, wireless internet signal, and shared kitchen and all utilities included with the rent price as well as bi-weekly washer/dryer use. No Pets Allowed or large groups of friends over, or overnight guests for security reasons. Prefer No furniture etc. moved into the house because your walk in closet is all the space you have for storing small items. Please provide your own dishes or disposable plates/utensils.
I would also ask we sign a weekly contract for the number of weeks you plan to stay for payment purposes just between us. I ask for a $50 deposit which is refundable as long as everything is as when you moved in. I would ask for current proof of employment for payment security.

Just so I can get to know you, please let me know your age, what you do for work, what hours you work and what time you'd be home week nights Mon-Fri. after work and if you ever need to work from home week days.
