$300, Studio, I Need another roomate (female Only) Studio apt, Female Only

I am a white male at a nice clean one room apt, been here a couple of years (just to lazy to find a place). Small but if your things are in storage and you can live frugally then you can save money. Rent is only $300 all bills paid. Was a club manager for years so if your a dancer, bartender, waitress or down on your luck and can respect me and my things as I will yours then lets talk. All I ask is no smoking in the room, no boyfriends, no drugs or pets in the room (way to small for company). No deposit or credit check.
