Room Available anytime, Looking for a month to month roommate (great for people who travel a lot for work weekly, but not limited to this). This is a Room Rental share in a 4 bedroom home with 1 female home owner(myself)and possibly 1 other tenant. Looking for someone who works at a job outside the home at least 9am-5pm Mon.-Fri. every week (I cannot take roommates who work at home at all since this will interfere with my home business).

The monthly rent of $700 would include everything, your own large bedroom 12'x13' approx. with full bathroom on the 1st floor, upstairs living room with cable tv to yourself, wireless internet signal, and shared kitchen and all utilities included with the rent price as well as washer/dryer use every other week. Things not allowed are pets, large groups of friends over or over-night guests for security reasons. A $100 deposit will be taken which is refundable before you leave as long as there are no damages incurred to your bedroom or areas used during your stay, or any missing items. Rent is due on the 28th for the next month.
