$760, 1br, Month to Month Room Rental w/ Utilities+Cable TV+ Internet included, Female Preferred

I have a Room Available Anytime. I can take in a female or male tenant month to month so there's no minimum number of months you need to stay. I'm renting 1 room in my home which is 3000 sq ft. and the rooms are large 12'x13' approx.

The monthly rent per room of $760 would include everything, your own large bedroom with your own full private bathroom, upstairs living room which is where you would do everything since that would be your own space which has a TV to yourself with cable, wireless internet signal, and shared kitchen and all utilities included with the rent price as well as bi-weekly washer/dryer use. No Pets Allowed or large groups of friends over for security reasons. Prefer No furniture etc. moved into the house because your walk in closet is all the space you have for storing small items. You're welcome to use the dishes/cookware in the kitchen. I just ask that we wash our own dishes as soon as we've used them so there's no pile up in the sink.
I would also ask we sign a month to month contract for the number of months you plan to stay for payment purposes just between us. I ask for a $100 deposit which is refundable as long everything is as when you moved in. The room available for $760 on the 2nd floor (has an attached full bathroom) I would ask for a current months paystub for proof of employment or copy of current bank balance.
