$760, 1br, Month to Month Room Rental with Full Private Bath/wifi, cable tv +utilities included

I have a Room Available Anytime in my home and the place would be shared by us. I can take in a female or male tenant month to month so there's no minimum number of months you need to stay. The home is 2900 sq ft. and your room is a large 12'x13' approx. on the 2nd floor and you would have your own living room area shared with 1 other tenant occasionally, and your full bathroom with be on the 1st floor.

The monthly rent per room of $760 would include everything, furnished bedroom w/ private bathroom, the 2nd floor living room is where you would do everything since that would be your own space which has cable TV, wireless internet signal, and shared kitchen and all utilities included with the rent price as well as bi-weekly washer/dryer use (twice month only). No Pets Allowed or large groups of friends or overnight guests for security reasons. Prefer no extra furniture or storage items moved into the house because your closet is all the space you have and I prefer the room not be turned into a major storage place. You're welcome to use the dishes/cookware in the kitchen (please bring your own glasses). I just ask that we wash our own dishes as soon as we've used them so there's no pile up in the sink.
I would also ask we sign a month to month contract for the number of months you plan to stay for payment purposes just between us. I ask for a $100 deposit which is refundable as long everything is as when you moved in. I would ask for a current months paystub for proof of employment.

If you have questions or would like to see the place let me know. I can only take tenants who work outside the home Mon-Fri. 9am-5:00pm or later. I don't reply to people inquiring from International countries, only cash payments for rent is taken to avoid online scams.
