Do you have/ own a house that is unoccupied or out of town alot for business and would like someone to make sure everything is safe. Perhaps you live in another city and need for your property to have signs of life. Mature, responsible, college grad in Dallas and needing housing. now.
I am dependable and trustworthy, just needing housing while I get back on my feet and perhaps longer. Last few years have really hurt me financially. Perhaps it is a solution that we can both work with. I don't want any misunderstandings or indecent proposals. I am not looking to have sex for a room. Serious inquiries only please.
