Pay It Forward: In Need of Room Please Read

(If you think you can help me out and serious about helping someone out and don't have ulterior motives please contact me. Unfortunately, I have received some very disturbing emails and just looking for someone to help me out and not take advantage of me. I would like to open up a dialogue via email and possibly meet in a public place to discuss things further if this would be a good match. I am a no drama person and drug free and would like the same environment. I am wiling to abide by rules of the household. It's unfortunate, but I think when ever someone moves in all these horror stories of other peoples experiences reduce the amount of help that someone like me would receive. That being said I would like you to know that who ever chooses to help me I promise not to have any visitors over, I won't consume alcohol, smoke or do drugs. I don't play loud music and I am actually very quiet. I have my own transportation and not expecting someone to feed me. You can read down below if you are interested in helping. I want to believe that there are still people out there willing to help someone out in need and not have a hidden agenda or alternative motives. Too often people say they want to help you out and they don't follow through on their promise. Down below you find out a little about me and what I am looking for. I am hoping that someone with a good heart would be willing to help me out. This will require a special person. I am looking for a room in the Mesquite/Sunnyvale Dallas area or surrounding cities, but open to anything. It does not even have to be a actual room. I don't mind if it's a couch, a garage, a garage converted to a room, a small guest house, something in the back yard. If you have any questions please contact me.

Few things I wanted to cover before reading down below. I am just looking for a place to live. I am not looking for anything fancy and I am not a complainer. I am not looking for someone to drive me around or feed me I am capable of doing that myself. I don't smoke drink, do drugs, or party. I never have and never will. I am very good about conserving energy and hate it when people leave the light on and go around the house turning off lights that are not used. I take short showers and shower every other day unless more is needed. I don't need my clothes wash or dried I can do that else where. I don't mind having a curfew. Like I said previously I don't party and the only reason I would be out late would be for work once I find it. I don't and won't have visitors over. I am very honest, dependable, and trustworthy. If you leave money laying around the house you can rest assured it will be safe. I don't mind helping out around the house doing yard work, taking out the house to help out. What I am NOT looking for is a sex for room. I don't currently have a girlfriend but if I did I definitely would respect your house and not bring her over. I am a no drama person and very quiet. I don't mind following your rules hey it is your house. After we email and get to know each other we can possibly meet in a public place to discuss things further.

I am a straight male and not interested in trading sex for a room. I can not afford rent, but I am willing to do work in lieu of rent. I can take out the trash, mow the yard, house sit etc. Basically do my part to help out around the house. I will need something starting in February and need to find a place now. I am looking to rent a room and hope someone can help me out. I don't need the room to be furnished and do not mind sharing a bathroom. I do not need anything fancy. All I ask is that I am in a situation where there is no drugs or excessive drinking. I will buy my own food and have my own transportation.
