Student Needs Room In Mesquite 75150 Area

Hard-working young man in need of a room in exchange for helping out. I will be a full time student, so my time is very limited but help out with what and when I can. If you are looking for someone to help out 40 hours a week, I am not that person. This would be a good situation for an elderly person or a partially disabled person who needs someone around to do chores they cannot do. Or perhaps there is someone that is out of town for weeks due to work and you need someone to look over the house. I am a student and unable to pay rent, but would like to work in exchange for a room/place to study and sleep. I am honest and dependable. I respect the rights of others and am a very nice person who wants to succeed with school and be successful when I finish. I can do chores, run errands or yardwork, vacuum or just any tasks you need done in exchange for a room. I prefer Mesquite, but open to other areas as well.
