I prefer an older lady or gentleman who is in GOOD health, not a caregiver here please, although I don't mind helping out. Mostly just keeping the place ship-shape and making sure the house is secure and safe. A professional business person who has to travel can appreciate someone to be at home to ward off burglars, vandals, etc. I don't smoke, drink, party, or do drugs. I am willing and would be more than happy to follow the rules of the house and take a drug test. I am currently a student and looking for work.

I am hoping to find a situation that would be beneficial to both parties. This would allow me to concentrate on school and hopefully hope to have a job and I could save this money towards college. In exchange you would have a safe mind that your house would be safe and you have someone that is dependable and trustworthy to look over it. Not only that, but you would help me achieve my dream of graduating from school.
