What is Thai Massage?
Thai Massage combines gentle, yoga-like stretching with Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure of the muscles, tendons, pressure points and energy lines. Thai Massage is done on a mat on the floor for the body leverage necessary for the stretches and postures characteristically used in Thai Massage. Thai Massage technique may also employ the elbows, knees in addition to the hands. The pressure can be varied according to preference. Oil is not used in Thai Massage.
