My approach is looking at the theories surrounding Brain chemistry as well as the body and it's functions... finding its balance point. All human emotion boil down to "Two basic" emotions/brain chemicals: LOVE based chemical /emotions & FEAR chemicals /emotions... Stress, Control, greed, anger, haste, worry, anxiety, negativity, frustration, depression are Fear-base emotions which lead to and cause countless long-term/chronic problems, damage your immune & endocrine systems and weaken us till potentially deadly illnesses sets in, all the while rapidly speeding up the aging process...

These stress chemicals break down our white blood count, deplete our calcium, collagen and elasticity, deprive us of needed antioxidants, cause us to gain weight in strange unhealthy places and non uniform patterns, give us gray hair and chronic muscle and joint problems as well as spinal fluid production decrease resulting in breakdown of body function and nerve damage...

~ MY GOAL through "massage combined with positive thought and attitude" ~ is to help you eliminate the practice of abusing yourself with the Negative STRESS hormones and chemicals that poison you and are harmful. These destructive habits of feeding your brain damaging chemicals of anger, control, stress and constant self abuse will END with me. I will help you to start using tools you already have and will coach you through a journey of many emotions. Through massage and touch you will start thinking and living in the Healthy Love Based healing zone through regular therapy.
